Randall Wickham
Randall has over twenty years of communications experience. For the past 12 years, he has honed his craft as a business consultant, communication strategist, and client relations in public affairs, corporate business services and tax consulting environments. He is also well versed in helping many entrepreneurs from various industries achieve their dreams by providing solutions on how to grow their business.
Makeda Henry
Makeda believes in the power of people being the greatest asset of an organization Her background in psychology and management studies allows her ‘to assist organizations perform better through people.’ She firmly believes that by investing in the growth and development of employees, organizations can achieve their full potential. Having worked with mission-driven organizations and individuals to help them grow and achieve their organizations’ goals, led her to pursued a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology as well as became a certified Change Management Practitioner and Diamond Power Index coach.
